When we first introduced the Thinkbaby, 95% of the baby bottles on the market were made of polycarbonate, which contains BPA. Initially, we attempted to convince the major companies to move from polycarbonate, but after being unsuccessful, we launched Thinkbaby and Thinksport to address the concern of chemicals leaching from consumer products. We started with the baby bottle because polycarbonate was ubiquitous across the industry. As little ones' systems are still in a state of development, they have very little defense against foreign chemicals. While many companies have emerged to offer BPA-free baby bottles, many bottles not only still contain BPA despite saying BPA-free (see Health Canada study), but many companies have also landed on untested materials just because the material claims to be free of BPA. Thinkbaby utilizes the precautionary principle in the creation of all of our products. We don't jump to new materials without doing the requisite testing to ensure that we haven't landed on another BPA-like material. When we target a product segment that concerns us, we ask the question, "How can we make the product line safe, functional and sustainable?" Thinkbaby and Thinksport's focus has led us to be the first company to span safe consumer products ranging from baby to adults.
Since our company's inception, we have been focused on being socially responsible. For us this means three things:

Connect to non-profit organizations engaged in activities that help the world become a safer, healthier place
Since 2007, we have provided products for various fundraisers for diabetes, child abuse, autism, and cancer organizations, and have provided direct aid to catastrophes such as the Texas fires and Haiti. In addition, we have been proud donors to Texas4000, Healthy Child Healthy World, Environmental Working Group, and St. Jude.
Our program evolved, and through a little bit of "thinking," Thinksocial was created. We came up with Thinksocial as a way to empower consumers to choose which non-profits they feel most connected to and want to monetarily support. We call it the democratization of social responsibility.
Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a purchase made on GOthinksport.com, please contact us at info@GOthinksport.com. To qualify for a refund, products must be new and unused. Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery date and proof of purchase or receipt is required (Only purchases made on GOthinksport.com may be returned. If purchased somewhere else, please contact the original retailer for their return policy). Once the return is received, a refund will be issued, minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. For instructions on returning your purchase and obtaining a Return Authorization number, please email info@GOthinksport.com. Returns that do not accompany a Return Authorization number will not be processed. However, please note that all sales of thinkbaby and thinksport sunscreen and body care (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bubble bath) are final. Due to our inability to maintain quality control over unauthorized resellers, we do not process returns for purchases made from unauthorized resellers.
Warranty We will gladly replace parts or products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Please email info@GOthinksport.com for instructions and to obtain a Replacement Authorization number. Replacement requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date and a receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the request. We cannot accept returns or requests for replacement part(s) without a Replacement Authorization number. Fulfillment mistakes that result in the shipment of incorrect product will gladly be corrected. Please email info@GOthinksport.com within 14 days of receiving product. We will provide return instructions with the Replacement Authorization number. Returns that are not sent to the address provided will not be processed. We cannot accept C.O.D.'s. The customer is responsible for shipping returns and we recommend that packages are insured, as we cannot process returns that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. The returned merchandise will be assessed and if it is determined that there is a manufacturer’s defect, a replacement will be issued. If the returned item(s) do not contain a manufacturer’s flaw, a replacement will not be issued. Refunds/credits are not issued under any circumstance as containers designed for human consumption are non-returnable for hygienic reasons. Defective item(s) will be replaced and if the original part is not available or out of stock, the part(s) will be sent as soon as it/they become available or similar part(s) will be sent in substitution. There is no charge for replacement part(s). There is no charge to ship replacement part(s) to addresses within the United States.
