Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Please note: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing.
Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Your satisfaction is our priority. To qualify for a return:
- The product must be new and unused.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
- And proof of purchase (order number) is required.
If you did not purchase your product from gothink.com, please return it to the store you bought it from for a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, gothink.com does not refund or exchange products that were not purchased through our website.
Requesting Return Authorization
To obtain a Return Authorization number necessary for a refund you will need to email Customer Service at email@example.com.
Any variance of the above qualifications will not qualify for a Return Authorization number.

Once the return is received, a refund will be issued. Returns that do not accompany a Return Authorization number will not be processed.
We will gladly replace parts or products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Replacement requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date and a receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the request. We cannot accept returns or requests for replacement part(s) without a Replacement Authorization number. We cannot accept C.O.D.'s.
