Shipping & Returns


At Think we make it a priority to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and satisfactory, your great experience is important to us. Purchases made on can only be billed and shipped within the United States.

Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

*We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders placed using a PO Box will be canceled and refunded automatically. 

Please note: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing.

Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

All orders placed on are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.


Your satisfaction is our priority. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be new and unused. 
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
  • And proof of purchase (order number) is required.

If you did not purchase your product from, please return it to the store you bought it from for a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, does not refund or exchange products that were not purchased through our website.

Once the return is received, a refund will be issued. Returns that do not accompany a Return Authorization number will not be processed.


We will gladly replace parts or products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Replacement requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date and a receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the request. We cannot accept returns or requests for replacement part(s) without a Replacement Authorization number. We cannot accept C.O.D.'s.
